Why do the beds have to be so soft

Due to a flight delay I ended up moving from the Courtyard in Clearwater FL to the Courtyard in Hapesville. Check in was efficient and staff was very friendly. Room is clean, the sofa is showing some wear. My only question is why do all the Courtyard beds have to be so dam soft. Suffered through two weeks of stiffness upon waking in Clearwater and I swear the bed here is even softer. It would be nice if Marriott would start to refresh the beds or use something with a bit more support.

Great Courtyard, not-so-great shuttle

We had to overnight at ATL for international flights, the hotel was clean and quiet, we appreciated the sleep between flights. However, the hotel shuttle was not dependable or timely. Granted we arrived in the Intl' terminal, the sign says to call the hotel and they will pick you up at the Intl' terminal, otherwise the hotel shuttles don't come there. When I called the hotel, they said I had to go to the domestic terminal to get the shuttle. It took us over an hour to get to the shuttle stop...

Custodial staff did not log-in wireless bluetooth headset that I left behind. BEWARE!

Custodial staff supposedly did not see the wireless bluetooth headset left behind by myself. It was sitting on the night stand. If they wiped down the night stand, they would have seen it. After two days of the management run around, I was finally told I can get a loss prevention claim number in two more days. When I call corporate, they say as soon as I get a Loss Prevention Claim number they can help me. Totally disgusted. They have lost our business for their dishonest ways.

We were stuck in Atlanta for the night because of flight cancellation. We chose this hotel because of the existing good reviews and were very pleased! The bed was great and the room design of the King Suite was nice for two people. It was late in the evening and we needed dinner so decided to eat at the Bistro spot that is in this hotel. The service was excellent and the sandwiches were delicious! We were very glad we did not leave the property. We would highly recommend this location for an air...

Convenient and Comfortable

They do a great job with hospitality. I stay here when I fly out or in. They have parking for your car. They allowed us a late checkout. The lobby/courtyard is a great place to wait long term if need be featuring:Starbucks coffee, computers, tv booths, comfortable seating, shuttle to domestic terminals, nearby food, limited food in lobby certain hours, spa water, snacks ,pool, and fitness room.
