Umrah 2017

by AAZAFAR1 on 18 Jan 2017 (Solo Traveller)

It's. Beautiful hotel. Stayed for 1 night. I was upgraded to 1 bedroom suite. 2-3 minutes walk to The Mashjid al Nabi. Breakfast was good. The suite had 1 king size bed, living room, kitchen and 2 bathroom. The suite was very neat and clean except for the kitchen was little dirty. There was a complimentary fruit basket for me because of IHG membership. Highly recommended it people who are visiting Madinah.

Last stay at this property...3 stars

by zoobwa1 on 09 Jan 2017 (Family Traveller)

I have stayed at this property at least a dozen times since 2010. Each visit the hotel is deteriorating. I'm in shock as to why it gets 5 stars - unbelievable. Intro: This trip, we stayed 5 days and were given an upgrade as a Spire Elite member on floor 1. The room was decent - large 1 BR and 1.5 BA with sitting area and kitchen. The shower....terrible. It was a mix of cold and hot water every 30 seconds. It sounds trivial but to have burning hot water with kids can be unsafe. After...

by Khalid A on 06 Jan 2017 (Family Traveller)

I stayed in a 3 bed suite with a living room and a dining, i was amazed there were a fourth room next to the kitchen for the maids with 2 beds and actually the living room was divided to two seating areas plus each room with its bathroom and wonderful queen size beds 2 in each room .. all of that was for 1200 saudi riyals ,, the hotel in only 200 meters away from the holy mosque .. in the same area i booked a similar suite last year with 1 less room for 6000 riyals !! For this price that would ...

by KikinY3 on 02 Jan 2017 (Family Traveller)

Assalamualaikum.. We were part of an Umrah tour from Sg staying 4 nights from 20 to 24th dec. We were put at level 1 while some of our relatives at level 5 (bigger rooms due to they required extra beds). When we arrive after Asar, rooms at level 5 was not ready with the extra beds. Our tour manager have to call up the reception to prepare. There was no bottled water in my room, i have to request. Window was broken, whenever there is strong wind, it will open by itself. I called them to repair o...

Just OK

by travelisious on 29 Dec 2016 (Family Traveller)

We stayed there for 5 nights. The distance from the Prophet Mosque is few blocks away. Considering quite a distance as there are other hotel nearer to the mosque which i feel more convenient. But not a problem for my family as we are able and walking to and back to mosque always a pleasant experience and there are lots of shops where we can grab some stuff along the way. We stayed at the VIP Suits. Rooms are outdated and not that clean. The aircon is not working for 1 night. The water tap rather...
