Fabhotel Shivangan Kolkata Airport , kolkata

Spent few hrs. Had late night flight. Lunch provided was good. Rooms and washroom was small and OK for 1 day stay. Lift is very congested. 20min away from Airport by taxi. Not recommended for long stay.

As understood, there is no fab hotel, but some rooms are identified for fab customers. So, list of room numbers applicable for a particular booking and related pictures are to be clearly stated. 2) Basic supplies in room e.g. welcome kits, tea pot, water, fruits if any , are to be clearly stated, 3) Complimentary breakfast means paratha + tea or, toast+ egg + tea to be supplied at room or buffet with food list etc. Need to be explained. 4) Washroom deliverables are to be explained.

I stayed in this hotel earlier three times but they never checked our id's but I have faced lot of problems during my 4th visit in this hotel....When i came for check-in then the guy was asking like a cid officer and they were starting to teach me rules and regulations of the hotel...but they do not know how is treated with the guest....even they do not know the process of check-in and checkout...I think they should go for better training. And will not recommend to any one for this hotel because...

Rooms are not clean. Breakfast is toast, eggs and tea/coffee, no other choice. I requested for room with 2 single beds but it was not so. Staffs are friendly though, but I would not be coming back to this hotel.

Rooms were OK. Rented 10 rooms for an occasion. Breakfast was not at par. Maintenance should be improved. Hotel staffs were nice overall. Location proximity is the best part about the hotel. Very near to Kolkata airport.
