Lovely place to stay

by Jessie D on 09 Jan 2017 (Couple Traveller)

Great value hotel, if it's not heritage listed it should be. Rooms are simple but impeccably clean and comfortable. All the staff are lovely and very helpful. A bit of a walk to the main part of town, but we were going on a bus tour that left from just over the river so it was perfect for us.

by Msddub on 27 Oct 2016 (Friends Traveller)

I never poo-poo some where on one visit, if I don't like the place I'll give it another shot as everyone has bad days etc. I have been to the ferrie man about 3 time and every time has been awful. we were a party of five having food, our food was under cooked and cold when we brought it to the attention of the staff he was very dismissive and said "sure we know how to cook food!?!" So we sent back 2 of the 5 dishes finished our drinks and while getting eyeballed by the staff! Next time it was a...
