We had two rooms booked at this hotel. When we arrived the rooms the showed us were very old and diffenitly needed some serious updating. They had no heat in the rooms and this was during the India winter season. No towels or paper in the bathrooms I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Worst hotel in ooty.. I have been in the hotel and it is Avery bad experience.. they don't have hot water

Even one star is more for this cheating hotel.. I have booked the room for 2 days but I have vacated after 1 day only.. there is no hit water in the room.. multiple complaints in the office yeilded no result..they so only 3 responses.. we will send maintenance person.. problem is fixed sir.. you can check out if don't like..worst hotel in ooty..

It is a pleasant stay at this place. Rooms are well maintained and clean. The decorations of the place is also too good. Room service is also good. The stay here is amazing. Food service is also available.

Very horrible hotel... Don't book your rooms here.. Waste of money.... Bed was very poor... We booked two rooms... Both the rooms were very bad... The bedsheets and bed was very old.. And in bad condition ... Not even one Star for this hotel

This hotel is terrible . And our travel agent from who works for Oyo room booked this hotel for us . We asked him to book 4 star hotel . He booked this dharamshala for us . We really had a bad experience here . Rooms are not clean . Furniture is broken . Maintenance is zero
