One of the oldest hotel in Lonavla right next to the bus stand still there is no noise of busy street. Overall it's good. But no scenic beauty when you open your window. Service is good Food is also decent, but only thali is served.

Property is beautiful , having sufficient parking area and some play area for kids and adults with some indoor activities , room service is good , check-in checkout is smooth , restaurant serve good food and complimentary breakfast is also nice , best part is its centrally located . Recommended for all .

Recently i have been there for one night stay with family They are quoting different price to different customers because i had checked price online and physical at reception as well first they said 5000+ tax 18% but after few minutes they sudden given rate to other was 3000 inclusive all to other so i decide to move .... might be good but this much different price can not be accepted they quote such price because of i gone thought Swift Desire and other couple was walking way ..

Visited hotel chandralok hotel on 11 th august 2018 with my friends. Have told Mr Rajnish about early check in as their check in time was 12.00 Pm. One of the staff told us that rooms are not available so it will take one hour to check in hotel. When I told him that I already had word with Mr Rajnesh about early check in. So suddenly room got vacant and they allocated us the room. Again we found beg bug on our bed for which I have attached the pic. They just give false statement to custom...
