Worst and Cheap Hotel. Dont Book

Rooms does stink.Anybody can peep inside washroom from the backside gallery.Rooms does not have proper lights.We asked for the Towels in the morning and it arrived after 2 hours with multiple follow ups. Nobody bothers to receive Intercom number if you dial from your room. Have to contact reception.

Dear Friends,
As per photo shown in website room was not there,simply they are cheating and room service very worst.The service People are not proper in this hotel.Particularly couples don't take this hotel for staying.

We had booked a superior room but unfortunately we had to upgrade to a deluxe room, after reaching there, during check in. Superior room is not clean, untidy, damp walls, no curtains. Deluxe room is dark with no outside view. Hot water was not available because of power cuts. Restaurant is closed, under renovation.

Please dont prefer this hotel. The resturant is closed with no Hot water available. Dont Even prefer the Tours and travel they provide which is costlier compared to the one that outside with less places to show.. The Staffs and hotel manager are pretty rude.
Best budget hotel in ooty

If you want to be in the center of ooty with a budget price dont think twice. Reasonable with quality stay and excellent hosiality.. Love this hotel..will come back. We just went out for a walk and to our surprise we reached botanical garden with no time. Lake, Rose garden and other attraction were just in 10 mins ...
