Good business hotel

It is a good choice for business travellers who are not expecting a 5 star accommodation. Nice, clean decent size rooms, good breakfast and courteous staff.
Room service is nice - tried some of their oriental cuisine which were very good.
Most humiliating experience in any hotel

They damaged my costly blazer which washing. The blazer I gave them for dry cleaning. They claimed the it was dry cleaned. But it was wet and damaged so I refused to accept that . My baggage and blazer is also with them. I left the property without baggage.i was in the room no 207 from 4th Dec to 6th December.

Visited this hotel during 1st week of Aug 2018 for an official trip.
Good things :
1. Check-in formalities were good and quick.
2. The room was adequate enough to not make you feel congested.
3. There was a ceiling fan also besides the AC and the windows could be opened up. Perfect arrangement for a lover of natural air like me. Slept like a baby after a long tiring journey from Kolkata.

Good Rooms but Bad Restaurant Service

The room was very good but the hotel was very clumsy, The food was tasty but it was very expensive.
I was shocked by 1 thing. I had ordered cappuccino which was there in the menu. But they took around 30 minutes to serve which made it clear that they bought the cappuccino from the nearby Cafe Coffee Day and then served me

Good fresh looking rooms with necessary amenities. The Hotel is very well located close to a market and the Iconic Jubilee Park. However, the food could have been better. The staff at the front desk are very well mannered and trained. The staff in food service should be better.
