for a meeting I stayed in this hotel . it is centrally located. food is tasty. well maintained . I visited with my friends . they have a good meeting hall hospitality was also good. i enjoyed staying there.
Kitty party spoiled at press club where catering is by this hotel

One of the worst experience given by the restaurant operated by this hotel in the press club of Nagpur. Hopeless service during lunch time in। a week day inspite of meeting with the manager and assurance given by him. One should never believe the food taste and quality of food. Some of the dishes ordered were bad and smelling rotton.

This seems a simple old hotel but its makeup.
The good part. There is an encouragement to differently challenged people and they are in restaurant and housekeeping. The food is nice though the service is really slow. They have hotel pickup and drop facility. The bar is small but liked it.
On the other side, the rooms are really small. There is no writing table in case you wanted to work. No room fridge. The toiletries - are for namesake-- with a sachet of shampoo and a soap you won't want to us...

Its old heritage hotel and not so luxureous,comfortableand loocation also not cenraly situated.Facilities ok.Its located in state and central government offices civil line area.So its only suitable for them who come for government work.

Old hotel, room decor and accessories in toilet are old. Room service is too slow and house keeping is also not upto the mark. Only good point is this hotel accepts 24hrs check-out and is centrally located. The best thing about this hotel is , they have employed deaf and dumb people in service which is to be appreciated. Well done.
