Its a nice hotel for short stay. Room was up to kthe expectation Food was nice here specially i enjoyed a complimentary breakfast.staff are friendly and they served well. Only some maintenance issue works are left in bathroom. Should take care .

We left the mobile phone in the hotel and they called us and returned the phone, though the phone was a very ordinary phone the staff took the pain in calling us and handing it over to us. Rooms are old not very well maintained, quiet old Excellent location in the middle of a busy area with restaurants and shops near by. I liked the location but did not like the condition of the rooms. Room No 405 or 406 door was eaten by Termite

We stayed three nights. The hotel is conveniently located being only a short ride from the railway station and the state bank bus station. We walked to a number of popular eating places down the road around PVS, and also in the other direction near the State Bank bus station and fish market. There are also good options close by. The location is excellent in K S Rao Road with a nice Shopping Mall and allsorts of shops, restaurant etc around. The water in the bath room is quite good by Mangalore standards. There is no restaurant attached to the hotel and for room service they are outsourcing from other eateries around. There is a sketchy breakfast buffet available at 6th floor and that is about it all. We chose the hotel on the basis of its location. Situated on a main road, opposite a mall, it was convenient for evening entertainment. The room had budget-level amenities, fittings and furnishings, but was of good size. The breakfast area was on the roof, the options for buffet breakfast was limited and vegetarian. Overall, it is a decent hotel for a budget traveller.
