Old but neat

Good and neat hotel. Looks bit old but excellent cooperative staff. Have a nice vegetarian restaurant, which serves delicious delicacies. Well connected and not very far from the main tourist attractions of haridwar

Superb location nice and very quiet from busy road snd horn. Nice food .nice staff.Good price value for money we stay there since 4 years this year is my fith visit there.I was for prayers .Special and heartiest to the young lady at the reception and Narendar who is very Cooperative everytime and very helpful. Food is very nice value for money and very tasty .
Avoid the food here at all costs

In the holy city of Haridwar where you are spoilt for choice of places to stay and eat Khanna Palace stands out at a place to avoid at all costs because they can't even figure out how to make a simple dal fry appetising. Truth be told their basement where the buffet is laid out is oddly musty and univiting with lack of proper ventilation. Ate here twice and except for the desserts which were good everything else was so bad it felt better to fast than to eat there.

Stayed again and found same as two years ago. Quality of food is good. Though not a luxury hotel but has all the facility of a good hotel. Staff are polite and helpful.
Rooms are clean but having no balcony. Should have more light. Rooms are facing toward sides of hotel but will miss some natural sight.
Hotel is near by pass so do not take turn from Bhim Goda chownk.
Having sufficient parking and a separate room for drivers.

The hotel is a value for money. Rooms were as per expectations. Few kilometres from the river Ganga. Food is good. Hotel staff was really good and cooperative. Nice place to stay with good surroundings. Very good experience.
