Good location, stay here without any expectations

As mentioned, the hotel is at a very good location. Walking 2-3mins from the Mandovi waterfront and the casino jettys. Has got Ritz Classic nearby for Goan food and has a Shalimar restaurant beside, if you are not in the food mood.
As a hotel of its class, the bathroom was exceptionally clean. Spotless actually. But it did not have any exhaust fan.

Poorly maintained, well-located

The rooms in this hotel are poorly maintained with some insects crawling by. But it is centrally located, walkable from Panji market, 2 km from Miramar beach. The staff were helpful too. You might stay here if sight-seeing is the main purpose and you need a room just to sleep.

Hotel is good to stay in but never order food as they charge very high. They charged 100 Rs for 4 bread and omlet. But the location of the hotel is awesome as you have INOX near by, Casino Cruise and Beach.
