Hotel Nimantran , mumbai

A Picture is worth a thousand words... Please look at the pictures attached for room no. 502. The staff is polite but indifferent to customers. Food is good but room service is bad and conveniently fails to comply with even the simplest request.

Spacious restaurant, located in busy residential and commercial area Belapur . Nice decor, friendly staff and amazing food. Try chicken angare / chilly chicken chinese with butter garlic naan. Food portion is fairly large compared to other restaurants. A must to eat!

We had booked a deluxe room for 2 night stay, the location is good and the room big, however all amenities were not available. The room service was decent. Breakfast was repetitive. Could manage if you go for a short stay, he parking is in he road though. Also 1st day we had issue with getting got water in the bathroom.

Good Location but not very good rooms. Bathroom door handle was broken alongwith shower handle. The room was clean but few cockroaches could be seen. Poor service, no response of calls to house keeping though the restaurant service was prompt. OK breakast. My advice avoid if possible.

We had a very unpleasant stay. The person in front desk knows how to take advantage and make money. We had 2 rooms and had few guests visiting us which they did not allow. Despite requesting that we all were family and families had come to visit us for 2-3 hours in the evening, the manager was rude and started cooking up stories. We were ready to give everybody's id card still he said that if they want to visit then we need to take 1 more room. He just wanted to anyhow get money for 1 more roo...
