Very bad experience

Very very bad experience. Smelly n dirty rooms n bed sheets. We booked rooms via booking.com. When we check in hotel we asked staff to change bed sheets But staff refused n asked us to leave the hotel

Hotel was near to triund trek, near to bus stand, proximity to market, cooperative staff, parking space available, room were neat and clean, toiletries have been provided by the hotel. Happy stay with om palace.
