Hotel Patliputra Ashok , patna

It's an average hotel with average facilities and services. Cleanliness is okay. Rooms are not big but with basic amenities. Bathrooms are with old fittings but clean. Some of the staff personnel are good and well mannered, others couldn't care less.

I spent 2 nights in the hotel. Good and safe place to spend time. Hotel was clean and staff was decent. Good amenities. Bathrooms were clean. Room service is quick and efficient. Overall we had no problems in our stay. Can consider booking again for next time.

Had a horrible stay at this hotel. From service to room quality to food quality everything is so bad that I can’t describe in words. Apart from other things, still suffering from the dysentery caused by room service food that ordered.

A rundown hotel overly priced.rooms are very old,with creaky furniture.rooms are clean comparing other Patna hotels .bathroom small with a cramped toilet seat.CRT television set in room!!! However room service is quick,reception guys clueless .you have to ask for WiFi which is limited to 300 mb /day!!

The persons deployed at Reception desk are not at all sincere to their work, despite informing them about GSTIN via mail and in person. They didn't include the same in my billing. Moreover during my last stay they had goofed up with wrong food billing. It was the same representative who repated such errors. Totally irresponsble act, they are a stain on Govt Hotel. On complaining, they didn't have any rectification mechanism. They mention in their disclaimer about it, but don't follow it themselv...
