Hotel Prathiba Heritage , thiruvananthapuram

The Hotel Prathiba Heritage is located very near to Trivandrum railway station.Very difficult to locate and street is very narrow. We booked 2 deluxe rooms, but they offered us one deluxe room and a very tiny standard room, in third floor(no elevator facility available). The Hotel is very near to Railway station, by auto it would take max 10 mins to reach this Hotel. There is no restaurant attached to this hotel. Nearby restaurant is 5 mins walkable distance in MG road name Hotel Krishna which serves hot veg food at reasonable prices. In this hotel the rooms are too small and bathroom was also small. The Front Desk manager of the Hotel was quite polite and they had arranged vehicle 1 day for local sight seeing and 1 day for ponmudy hill station tour.

we stayed at the hotel for a day and a night.we were totally disappointed with our experience.we had booked an ac room .the room was so tiny.and in the bathroom one has barely room to stand...there was no provision for hot water in the bathroom.when we enquired ,we were asked to wait .we waited almost an hour ,but all our requests fell on deaf ears.no bed sheets were provided.i feel ,for the charge they take ,the facilities are far from satisfactory.not recommended at all

Dear Sir U did not even give a bedsheet what sort of service is expected. For one night u collected Rs 800 with zero service. TV remote not working, bedsheet and bed is dirty. No tooth paste and towel was in waste condition.

We stayed here for 3 days and overall we have mixed opinions. First, the positives. It's situated in the heart of town and easily accessible at all times. The rooms are as you expect for a budget hotel; so you wont be disappointed if you are looking for that sort of experience. Now the negatives. Their parking space is further ahead in a small plot, which became a muddy mess during these monsoons. Plus, you have to walk (along with your luggage) from the parking space to the hotel.
