Hotel Sai Ganga Cottage , rishikesh

First of all... we booked this hotel thining that it will be nearby Parmath NIketan. According to the map of Cleartrip. In the hotel the guy told us that in other services like Make My Trip it is coorect, so he knew that it was fake! Rooms are dirty and too simple to call it cozy.. if this word at all can be used for this hotel. View from rooms was good - this is the only good thing I can say. Winter blankets were very dusty and ditry... and of cz in India they dont put them into blanet covers, ...

The Hotel Staff are courteous. Restaurant is not up to the mark. Main problem is that Hotel does not provide AC Remote.They keep the shutting off/on option with them for AC and Hot water by switching the MCB somewhere downwards in their capacity. The Hotel does not provide normal cold water for drinking. These things need to be improved.

This is a Good hotel with Excellent staff. Good location with reasonable price. Family environment. My Son enjoyed a lot. Morning and evening view from hotel is very nice. All rooms are front facing. Room service is very quick.

There were no room telephone,also no calling bell for calling room service,for each and everything you have to call them by mobile,there were no cupboard/wardrobes /mirrors(room and bathroom as well)only bare shelter and nothing elses you can expect in addition to that poewer switcvhed off intentionally and to be called by telephone for switching again even they charge for all this as a AC deluxe room.No aqua guard for mere drinking water too.The dreinking water suuplied from bathroom as told by...

rooms are great shower is hot bed is warm wifi is good restaurant makes awesome food and is cheap if your on a budget and staying a little while you can grab a very fair price off the legend at the counter just have a little chat to them tour and travel booking also available at very fair prices. also everyone is very cooperative just ask and it will be so
