Hotel Shiv Sagar , Ujjain

the location of hotel is big advantage, hotel is very near to key attraction of Ujjain, all big temples are nearby, hotel very clean and rooms are also big and spacious. staff behavior is very good. good place to stay with family.

The location of the hotel is very near to some important temples. The room is nice and staff is very helpful. However rent is a bit on higher side. Despite a good discount offered by the hotel, I feel that room rent is not reasonable. Otherwise it a good place to stay.

We checked in the month of july, the hotel is neat and clean. We were provided with the terrace room , it had nice little garden in front. The hotel at walkable distance from most of the major attractions like tje mahakal, har siddhi mandir, ram ghat etc. The staff is very friendly and warm. The hotel does not has its own restaurant but has a tie up with other restaurant which has nice homely food. One must definitely stay as it is affordable and nice.

I booked a room in the hotel through booking.com under credit card guarantee, however payable directly to hotel for 2 dec 2017, which was an auspicious day for wedding and there were many weddings in ujjain that. Mostly all hotels were sold out. On my arrival in ujjain I called hotel to find the direction to reach hotel. I got a shock that the room I booked was sold to another Guest ( may be they got higher price because of scarcity of rooms). I took me nearly two hours to find a room for three ...

The hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. Thanks to Mr. Rajpal for his services. The rooms are cozy and well furnished. The bathrooms are squeaky clean and hygienic. It's a good hotel for couples and family. The Mahakaleshwar temple is at walking distance from the hotel. The manger shared valuable information with us about the temple timings, tickets, taxi services etc.
