Hotel Sunrise , dehradun

The worst hotel I have experienced ever. Although they have refurbished the rooms the services is rock bottom. There are just three staff who double up as housekeepers, front office etc etc. I think the food is cooked at some other location. The housekeepers dont have uniforms and wear torn slippers and worn out clothes. Forget about grooming standards. We had 6 rooms booked over two days (22-24.Sep.2018) and it was a nightmare dealing with them. A typical small town red tape bureaucracy. T...

The location of this hotel is very good and the hotel is budget. The staff is quite unattentive and needs to be more friendly. The location is very good as all the commutation si available from this hotel. Restuarnts are also near by and the main attractions can be easily accessed from this hotel. Budget and pocket friendly hotel. Staff needs more professionalism.

Its more of a baquet hall with rooms above in the building. If you are lucky to have no events or parties during your stay then its alright for the money you pay, nothing fancy at all and expect no hospitality.

excellent staff cooperation, yummy homely food, little far frm d main market but convenience easily available, big rooms n grt facilities.... shukla jii keep it up... will definately come bck again excellent staff cooperation n a smile on their face made us feel grt.

Went there for a Day & Night stay...Really felt refreshed when I walked in there....Good Environment...Best part was Cleanliness.
