Hotel Tourist Plaza , hyderabad

I visited the restaurant named Invitation, which is located in the first floor of Tourist Plaza Hotel along with my family. When I was paying the bill I asked him to get the PoS machine to swipe my card. He brought the machine, took my card and went to the cash counter and was taking note of my card number along with the Security code of the card. This is very dangerous. Hotel Tourist Plaza is situated near Kachiguda railway station.We had gone to the restaurant in the Hotel for dinner. It was a good experience. Ambience and service both were good. The food quality was good. Previously i visited the banquet hall for attending a family function. Banquet hall is good enough for small family function. Food quality was good as well.

It was very nice to stay in this hotel and the service was good.and it is very near to railway station kachiguda and it will be very easy and comfortable for tourists to come and stay in Hyderabad while they are on tour.

near to Railway station in the city,location is great..rooms are big,but need more maintenance and cleanliness. bathrooms are ok. breakfast was ok. wifi was not working . need to improve service part..

Hotel was average not upto the mark considering the prize...Also the air freshener smell was too much once we enter the room .Complimentary breakfast was quite ok .The only advantage I see here is the location (it's near to the railway station)
