Had booked 2 rooms. The owner and staff are co-operative but the hotel needs to improve on facilities. Pros: - Except standard rooms, other rooms share a common Balcony. The overall experience in this hotel was poor. The location is not so good but since they give complimentary pickup and drop it is okay. The food quality is good and room service is ok. I had booked a deluxe lake view room but it is not at all worth it. The view of lake is from a common passage cum balcony to the three rooms and it was seen that there was undergarments are other cloths hanging there for drying which was pathetic. We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights from Goibibo. 1. Joshi ji is nice person. 2. Rooms are small but we'll decorated. 3. Nice view from rooms. 4. Nice waiting room. 5. Free Cab service from hotel to mall road. 6. Cab service for tour packages. Cons: 1. Rooms are small. 2. Food taste not that good.

We took 2 rooms at this hotel & we are staying over there 2nd time... & again very impressed about Hotel hospitality.. We have never re-think about any other hotel option in Nainital than this hotel... Best location with best budgeted prices.... Strongly recommended...
