Plus points-Room is spaciousLocation were close to the beach (1km) in the market.Service - is good ( they also provided us the scooty on rent from Chandu uncle).Small Refrigerator was also there.Washroom was cleanedMinus points-they didn’t provide us double bed blankets on request.They also not provided mosquito repellents( advice is to keep the windows and bathroom door closed all the time.)On the day of checkout they were in a hurry to push you out on time neither had any courtesy.All in all decent stay it was.

I never seen such a worest room in North Goa, there is no proper water taps in bathroom,no hot water at all, he will tell soular hot water there, but not, bed are very old and gives very bad smell. No proper room cleaning.electice charing points are not functioning, and finally owner guy is very attitude and rude behaviour, i recommended don't waste your time and money by booking this room for you Goa trip.My rating is :0/5

Nice and cool infrastructure. Property is surrounded by greenary. Rooms are quite big. Place is near to beach .it takes hardly 5-7 min to walk to beach.Few things should be taken into consideration are - there were so many mosquitos roaming around even during day. Fortunately we had carried mosquito net along with us. But still during day time its was hard to deal with them. Also we opted for AC room but it was not working properly and finally we ended up not using that. Rooms don't have geysers. Service boy said its solar water but not a single day we got hot water.Overall experience was ok. Service boy laxman was helpful.

Rooms are good.(Family)we were stayed at albenjoh 3 guest house (room 102) without AC for 3 nights, its very awesome, big room & gallery and good sun lights in the room, and 1 night at reception upper floor ac room which room has ac however sun light is low in the room and we feel uncomfortable in the same room.Location - hardly 5-10 min from calangute beach & market.Service - Laxman their boy is very helpful nature with always smile, i really like it.owner is also good, never feel any rude nature in him, even last day our car was stopped for some time in front of gate, he personally came and investigate about car breakdown.

Homestay experience was quite good, I stay here in November end 2021. Good decent property by Walking 15 min to reach calangut beach. I had booked AC room. Rooms are precious & clean. Check in time in 12.00 noon & check out 11.00 am morning. One problem is, they don't provide drinking water & hot water you'll get very late as it's work on solar power so water get wasted.
