Anamiva Goa AM Hotel Kollection

Location is usp of the property. Located in heart of Anjuna. Rooms are also spacious with king size bedding and 5 star rating room features. Within 3-4 kms radius from all premium clubs and sundowners of North Goa. Nowadays Candolim, Calangute are very crowded place where this is quite and peaceful place. You get privacy here. All rooms have private balcony to enjoy evenings. Only 1 thing they need to improve is their service standards. Rest all is good.

The room and location are good, but the hotel’s policies and rules are unnecessarily rigid. They do not allow outside food, insisting that guests must use their in-house restaurant. I had to plead and explain that I have an infant who needed food before they reluctantly agreed. Even when I tried to simply drop my family off and leave, they initially refused, which felt unreasonable. We were a group of seven, just trying to settle in, but the restrictions made it stressful.People come to Goa to relax, not to feel restricted by such strict and impractical rules. I strongly urge the management to reconsider and provide some flexibility for families and guests in genuine situations.

I genuinely HATED staying here. We were a couple. The room I paid 5k for a tiny room with leaking ceilings, no toiletries, no towels. They didn't have a functional restaurant on the premises. Nothing except a Nomad pizza outlet. It was raining and we couldn't go out. We ordered zomato, and they refused to provide cutlery. Staff was very unhelpful.

Excellent,clean,central stay ,also affordable .The parking lot needs some work .it's a slushy message and it's a swamp The hotel lobby used to be a clean and quiet place ,now it's got and and smelling of pizza .No complaints for the rooms and service however , everything was as good as before .Top marks for that
