Arch The Baakhli Resort

Held a dealer's meeting here. Don't think I could find a single flaw - the presentation hall was adequate, the food was incredible and the hospitality was top notch. I'd actually recommend this for both - business as well as personal stays.

We stayed at Baakhli Corbett with my family and a group of family friends during the New Year, and it was truly one of the best New Year celebrations we have experienced. The celebration continued joyfully till midnight, and everything’from the staff and snacks to the food and overall event arrangements’was absolutely amazing. I would especially like to thank Mr. Hirdesh, Duty Manager, and Mr. Patwal, General Manager of the resort, for their constant support and for ensuring excellent hospitality throughout our stay. A special thanks to Mr. Amit Thakur for perfectly designing our package, providing us with a beautiful suite room, and managing all arrangements so smoothly. Baakhli Corbett is highly recommended for families, family group get-togethers, and celebrations. We truly look forward to visiting again soon. Thank you once again to the entire team for making our New Year celebration so memorable.

10.30 am, Sunday the 21st Dec 2025, room 122 & 123, got a phone call from reception, the voice directs to vacate rooms. Is this the way hospitality now announces itself’by reminder, not by warmth?The rooms, to be fair, were comfortable and well-kept, offering a quiet stay. The food, too, deserves applause’flavorful, satisfying, and clearly prepared with care. These were the hotel’s brighter verses.But service tells another story. The distance from the main attraction felt longer. As sensible guests, we knew our checkout time well. Our luggage was being packed, our departure already in motion. Yet the call came anyway.A call to ’vacate’ before the moment arrives feels less like service and more like impatience.Good rooms, good food’but gestures matter. When courtesy checks out before the guest does, one wonders how long the welcome will last.
