Disappointing Beach Resort

So we booked this in 5k for double standard room where there was bath tub as u can see in the pictures it had spots didnt look clean at all Same was with the room windows it had fungi growing from here and There was not good at all on top of that they have mentioned on their site there is room service but that’s not true at all .. no room service, no breakfast buffet no telephone connection to the reception and no hot water in the room basically no amenities of what they r claiming just resort at the beach but than there r many other resort near by providing the same in much cheaper price So my verdict is either they up their game or else guys u have much better options than this
