Atithi Guest House

The guest house is good to stay! Nice property! But I SPECIFICALLY want to mention about the manager’s (RAMESH) behaviour which changed when we reached the propertyWe went their after making an enquiry about pricesBut he hiked the price dramaticallyHe was not even talking properly!I do wanna come back bcz of my past experience but definitely not to this MAN as he doesn’t know how to behave

We felt very at home here. A perfect place to rest after a day out in Jaipur. The family that runs it were wonderful hosts, and helped us navigate the city and provided delicious food (at a great price).

A good and safe place to stay at. Rooms are spacious with balcony options. Bed was comfortable and neat and clean, washroom was clean and neat as per guest house standards. Food was delicious and service is also good, staff is really polite and especially the night manager Rahul, who checked us in at around 12 am in the midnight and showed us all the room options available and specially arranged a heater for us. The property doesn't give you a guest house appearance, it is beautiful designed and made. Staff & Service was exceptionally hospitable.In this price range, it's a good and safe place to stay very near to the bus stand. Thank you to the management.

We recently stayed at Atithi Guest House for a day, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience.The room was substandard, with dust accumulating everywhere. To make matters worse, the toilet was left in an unhygienic state by someone before we checked in. Although the owner, Mr. Tanmay, helped clean the room, it was clear that the hotel's management had some serious lapses.The room itself had several issues - not enough power sockets, a non-functional TV, and a general sense of neglect.The day manager, Shambhu ji, was helpful and accommodating, but the night manager was arrogant and rude.The food was another major letdown. Despite being told it was home-cooked, the food was clearly not fresh. The service was slow, with wait times of 45 minutes to an hour. The dal was stale, the Jaipur aloo-pyaz was made with ready-made masala that upset our stomachs, and the Jira rice was dry and chewy.But you know who didn't have to wait for their food? The foreigners sitting at the next table! They were getting the royal treatment - the house lady was fawning all over them, asking for their feedback on the food, and keeping them updated on the status of their orders. Meanwhile, we were over here waiting for the waiter to bring us water and plates. Yeah, it was pretty clear who the favored guests were!Dinner was no better, with cold, undercooked rotis being served. When we complained, the staff seemed unconcerned and unapologetic.Overall, I would not recommend Atithi Guest House to anyone. The substandard rooms, poor food, and arrogant staff make it a place to avoid. Unless, of course, you're a foreigner - in that case, you'll probably get the VIP treatment!

My mother stayed at Atithi guest house & it was horrific. She stayed there from 22 dec to 25 dec, 2024. She's a 60+ senior citizen. The guest house staff gave her a room on terrace with open area. It was very cold on first floor. They didn't considered her age.The first floor room wad newly constructed with very pungent wall paint smell. The tap of hot water was found broken. The hot water boiler used to turned on very late on daily basis. The jet of wc was like a fountain of garden. There were no hangers in the wardrobe. When she complaint about it, the staff was reluctant to provide any changes. The owner of the guest house is very rude & should learn some Etiquette how to behave with guests. The owner of the guest house talked on the issues very rudely. This guest house should be given multiple negative ratings. I'm unable to understand why these guest houses charge a hefty amount for stay if they can't provide basic amenities to guests. Pity.
