Avisa Nila Beach Resort

Our recent stay at Avisa Nila was extremely disappointing and far from what is shown in the photos online.From the moment we arrived, the experience lacked basic professionalism. There was no proper check-in process, no ID verification, and the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful throughout our stay.The room condition was unacceptable. There was a strong foul smell, dirty bedsheets, lizards and cockroaches inside the room, and the bathrooms were equally unhygienic. Even the hand shower was extremely dirty. Despite repeatedly requesting a room change or at least an air freshener, no action was taken by the staff.The swimming pool was not clean or properly maintained either. Breakfast had very limited options and the food quality was poor.What made the experience worse was the staff behavior. During checkout, instead of assisting us with luggage, a staff member abruptly snatched the room key from our hand while we were on the way to the lobby. This review is not an exaggeration ’ the photos we have posted clearly reflect the actual condition of the property.Considering the high charges for the stay, the overall experience felt like a complete waste of money. The only impressive part was the photography used for online listings, which unfortunately creates a very misleading image of the property.Honestly, the property does not even deserve 1 star, but that is the minimum rating available. It is difficult to understand how the resort currently holds such a high Google rating, as our actual experience was completely different from what was portrayed online.Sharing this review so future travelers can make an informed decision before booking. Based on our experience, this property is highly not recommended.

We had an amazing experience staying at this sea-facing resort. The view from the sit out was breathtaking ’ waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset over the ocean was unforgettable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. The property and pool is well maintained. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, always ready to assist. The food was good and the overall atmosphere of the resort was peaceful and relaxing. Perfect place for a weekend getaway or a vacation with family. My kids throughly enjoyed it’Would definitely visit again.. They also provided WiFi connection as there’s weak network around ’highly recommended’

An amazing property located close to the Devbag beach having 2 different types of rooms. The 1st one is the standard rooms in the building (G+2) and the other one is cottages located closer to the beach and in front of the swimming pool. The best part is the clean and pristine beach which is not at all crowded and can be termed as private beach. Food is good and booking breakfast and dinner in the packages is highly recommended. One can enjoy swimming in the sea as the water is comparatively cleaner over Tarkarli and Malwan beaches. Places of visit are Sindhudurg Fort and boat ride to the confluence and the Dolphin Point. If you are lucky can spot Dolphins in the sea. Please make sure the boat you hire is not small as these smaller boats are not able to withstand the waves at the confluence. The famous Tsunami island turned out to be a big negative and is the hype only. Can visit there but nothing to enjoy until you decide to venture into water sports.
