The stuff fo carr to provide good service. They did complementary upgrade, but bathroom wa not perfectly clean. Another night we were staying in different room it was good in comfortable, beds are very comfortable too.
The rooms are very small especially the bathrooms. And they are not very hygenic. We changed 3 rooms and all of them had issues. They only provide 1 towel. We have to.ask for towels. Some do not even offer hand towel or bath mat. I found service good. The food is good as well. Decent. But the hotel itself needs a good makeover. Beds were also uncomfortable. I hope this review is taken seriously
