This is a decent and reasonably priced hotel right at Rajnigandha Chowk. The rooms are clean, well appointed and good enough in terms of size for one person. The staff is helpful and polite. The standout feature though is their 'help on chat' service which avoids any unnecessary and repeated calls to the front desk or room service. I should specifically mention Mumtaz who offered exceptional service in the restaurant during my stay here.

Disappointing Stay Experience

Small and cozy, but basic amenities weren't there; Had to ask everything on call. Plus which hotel doesn't provide a refrigerator in the room man?!Service, staff behavior was good. Food could be way better!! Buffet didn't have options as such.. I feel they should not try south Indian menu unless they have an expert cook for it. Upma was sweet (idk in what world upma was made sweet ever), dosas felt like roti, stuff parathas were horrible chunk of atta with bit of almost non existential stuffing... found hair in the food once... food needs to be improved a hell lot. Rest all is fine. I'm a big fan of Bengaluru bloom suites in e-city, but this one was pure disappointment.
