Visited on 27th DEC 2025. This is my third visit at this property. Location is best. Rooms are big and specious. Resturant is avarage. But the maintenance is pathetic. Walls are damped, electric lines are hanging from wall , they did not have any room heater.....I felt very disappointed this time .

An extremely well located property managed in the worst possible way.Rooms are dilapidated with shabby linens and interior.NO ROOM HEATING available at 5 degree windy weather of December 2025.No food available if not preordered. We reached at around 1.30pm and was denied lunch as we didnt order earlier. We were a group with my 70yrs old father and 8 year old daughter. They said they cant prepare chawal- daal for us aswell, as we didnt "preorder". On asking why didnt they ask for our lunch plan (standard practice across WB n Sikkim hill hotels where kitchen service is in restricted hours) as our room was prebooked for months. Obviously they had no answer to this.Moreover we always froze at night due unavaialbility of any room heating facility.Overall, its one of the worst properties i have ever been to.BUT, the location is excellent with gorgous views of tea garden and mount Kanchanjanga.Simply unfit to be in business!

A pathetic hotel with outdated rooms. I visited in Dec 2024 with 3 families. In a freezing weather, this hotel couldn't even provide bed warmers and could provide only useless room heaters that too after fighting a lot with the staff. Complete avoid. Flooring is worst. Service is not up to the mark.

I have very good experience here. Though the room has lack of enough maintenance, but if you choose scenic beauty over room decor, its a must stay, to live inside tea plamtation and also experience the breath taking 270 degree view of Mount Kanchanjangha and other ranges also..I also found their restaurant and food tastes desent.

The location of the resort is the best in the area. The amenities are limited but you'll have the best stay here surrounded by the mighty Kanchenjunga, the tea gardens and the cherry trees. Had a wonderful time visiting this place.
