The hotel is over priced for the mediocre services they offer.Rooms are decent but the service is horrible.The hotel staff are negligent and do not care, they missed our order each and every time, the food is not good at all.Room service is not good, you can place the order and they will not deliver it unless you call them over and over.Just not worth it. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately had a disappointing experience.The bed was extremely small and not suitable for two adults, especially since we were traveling with a child. It made sleeping quite uncomfortable. The room itself was also very small, which was surprising as it was advertised as a ’suite.’The bathroom was another concern ’ the toilet seat was broken, and overall the washroom felt outdated and not well-maintained, more like an old-style setup rather than a modern facility.Additionally, the room service was quite poor, with slow response and lack of proper attention.Overall, the stay did not meet expectations and needs significant improvement in terms of room quality, maintenance, and service.

Close to the Kempegowda airport. Staff were polite. I ordered chicken salad and it was so tasty !!! Thanks to the chef. Gym is very tiny. The rooms were value for money.

We stayed overnight at this hotel n the rooms were clean n spacious. Thedinner was very good n staff like Ganpathy were very helpful. When we checked out to get to the airport we left a sweater in the room n was too late to come back ad we would have missed our flight. The hotel was kind enough to send the same via speed post much to the delight of my wife when we recieved the same at Kalimpong West Bengal. Thank you so much.Good honest Service.

Don’t stay in 2026. There’s a huge building site 10 meters across a small road adjunct to half the rooms and work until 10pm. They’re gonna be building here for the rest of the year, at least. The hotel photo is very deceiving. Convenience to airport is good. Staff were great. Otherwise room is comfortable.
