Club Mahindra Mussoorie

One of the worst club mahindra stay. I booked a 2 BR appartment. Where they are providing only 1 heater for the hall and no heaters for bed rooms. 5 people so all rooms and hall was filled.Only blanket heater which is not very comfortable. When asked for heater provided an defective heater initially and when asked for another replacement the. It was replaced.1. Heater is a basic ammenity in such hill stations durring wintets, that is not provided by this "Resort" that took lakhs of rupees for the name of "Club Mahindra" to all the rooms. Any random hotel will provide me for half the price.2. Lift is non functional. One of the lift is not working. Hence if planning to book 2 BR here. JUST DON'T BOOK. Its too many stairs you might not wish to come down because of the fear to climb up after a tired day.3. I had an unique experience of reaching the pick up point and calling the reception to send for pickup. They didn't check which location i am at and said pick up doesn't happen there and i had to climb all the way up with luggage. Horrible experience.I Will say the food is definitely one of the best thing here with the view that you might not see anywhere in mussoorie. While the people working here are good and helping, immediately available for service. Because of these issues mentioned above I will never like to visit this property or will be scared to go any such Club Mahindra property during such winters. Atleast won't take any 2BR appartment further in the future.First time I felt my money was wasted in Club Mahindra.

The service staff were attentive, always ready with a smile and quick assistance. Location-wise, it is on a steep climb, and in the resort, you have to stretch your legs to reach your room. However, the best part is that they now have two elevators, making the approach 50% easier. Kajal and Shekar deserve special mention for their exceptional service, which made our stay effortless. Overall, a delightful stay! ’’??

It has been a wonderful stay at your property. However, I would like to bring a few concerns to your attention that could help improve the guest experience further.Last night, we requested milk and water at around 10:10 PM for our twin kids, which was clearly mentioned during the call. However, the room service delivered only water at 10:29 PM. The delivery person assured us that the milk was on the way, but it never arrived.We made multiple reminder calls to the restaurant, housekeeping, and reception at 10:39 PM, 10:55 PM, and 11:35 PM, yet no one responded effectively, and the milk was still not delivered.Finally, around 12:10 AM, when we followed up again, we had a heated argument with Mr. Manish, who was extremely rude, arrogant, and used foul and inappropriate language. This behaviour is unacceptable, especially in a hospitality environment.I request you to kindly look into this matter seriously. Ensuring timely service, proper communication between departments, and training staff in patience, professionalism, and courteous behaviour will significantly enhance the guest experience.

While returning from trek, I stayed a night at Club Mahindra Mussoorie, and it turned out to be a perfect break before heading back to city life. The moment I reached, the cool mountain breeze and panoramic valley view made all the tiredness of the ride fade away.The resort sits peacefully away from the main rush, and the view from my room’s balcony was just breathtaking ’ misty hills, slow-moving clouds, and that calm mountain silence.It’s not a place for thrill or adventure ’ but for one night of pure relaxation, it’s perfect. Watching the sunset over Mussoorie from the balcony was the highlight of my stay.The room was clean and cozy, offering a nice view of the valley. Staff were polite and made check-in easy. I had planned to dine at the resort but found the dinner prices a bit high, so I rode down to Mall Road instead and enjoyed a good meal there while soaking in the Mussoorie night vibes.Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good service and a relaxing mountain feel ’ just a bit pricey when it comes to food.
