I have stayed for 1 night.Hotel rooms are totally different from shown in images.When i asked them about same they told there is only one room we prepared only for the clicking photos.All the other rooms are like this only.Really unacceptable behaviour from staff.
Absolutely horrible and unsafe experience. We checked into this hotel around 3’4 PM after paying ’1000 for the room. Everything seemed fine initially, so we went out and returned around 10 PM ’ only to discover large insects crawling on the bed and pillows. This is completely unacceptable and a serious hygiene issue.When we complained, the property manager shifted us to another room which smelled worse than a public toilet. The smell was unbearable. We couldn’t stay there even for 10 minutes and requested another room change. The manager casually responded, ’Yeh aisi hi rahegi,’ and said only these two rooms were available because all others were sold out. He then told us that the property is managed by OYO and they can’t do anything. Our only option was to stay in those disgusting rooms or leave.At 11 PM in the night, me and my wife were forced to check out because we genuinely felt unsafe staying there. Imagine searching for another hotel late at night in an unknown place after being mentally exhausted and frustrated. Thankfully, we somehow found another hotel nearby and checked in around 11:15 PM.The worst part? The hotel refused to refund the money saying OYO handles everything, while OYO refused the refund saying we ’don’t have enough proof.’ So both sides conveniently avoided responsibility while customers suffered.If you care even slightly about hygiene, safety, cleanliness, or basic customer service, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
