This is not registered as hotel, they run their business under sport club, worst experience about hotel facilities & room service, very bad smell in cottage rooms. more mosquito s in room, not provided mosquito repellent. Not provide drinking water, & other bathroom things like soap. Manager & staff are arrogant. Not provided luggage carrying attendance.No intercom to reception.It's useful for event,not for room services.We had arranged wedding ceremony, but there is totally monopoly of decorators, caterers, lighting decorators, no other options are available.

Worst Experience Ever ’ Total Scam in this ResortThis resort is nothing less than a kabutar khana ’ dirty rooms, broken amenities, and extremely rude staff. They only care about taking your money, not providing any service.The most shocking part is how they trap customers. Before taking the advance, they talk sweetly and hide all their rules and policies. The moment you pay, their behaviour completely changes. They start playing games, become arrogant, and stop listening to any concerns.For wedding booking, this place is the biggest mistake anyone can make.You cannot choose your own decorators, caterers, light & sound vendors ’ they force you to pick ONLY their low-quality options from a limited checklist. And even those facilities are poorly maintained and overpriced.This resort is running a scam-like model:’No transparency’No hygiene’No professionalism’No freedom to choose your own services’Staff behaves as if they’re doing you a favourPlease avoid this place for your wedding or any event. There are far better options available. Don’t fall into their trap like we did.
