Bakwasss hotel light hi nahii atti
Travel with family (mom and dad). Staff was cooperative but in the late night. My brother had struggle to get in hotel. Have to stand outside the hotel.There was lacking of 24/7 service. or simply they should not mention 24/7 reception/service.
...seems property is not keen on customers through Agoda; neither Agoda provided phone number of property nor anyone from property contacted to confirm; map provided in mail by Agoda leads you to wrong location; luckily I checked back on address and that leads you to Modern hospital, landmark mentioned near this hotel, but then again hotel name is changed, some hawker helped, it's the same hotel, they changed name! When I arrived at their reception, attendent confirmed booking, but no regrets for inconvenience caused, they were too busy with customers; hotel is in a busy locality, very cheap, rooms OK, parking scarce, but above all, what's the point if you can't locate it, or arrive there!I was travelling with wife and adult son, self-driving, if it had been cab, you'd have spent as many bucks as you'd have saved, say, on a five star hotel room; I arrived late evening from a long drive, only to find nothing's there, despite making advance payment in full!
