When you enter the property does not looks at all as a four star property. It really needs to work on that. However stayed in superior suite the rooms was good . The service of staff is great. Specially Vikram he is an asset to this property. The pillows need to be upgraded. The food at the restaurant is good. Close to the ghat.

The staff is real sweet and it’s a Beautiful hotel, don’t get put off by the external facade of the hotel they surely need to revamp it but what a beautiful experience living at this thoughtful hotel. The evening High tea is massive, the food is real fresh and good, the rooms are well kept. The only thing they can work on is their key card system, which often gets disconnected and needs to be reset for the room to be unlocked.Very thoughtfully done, the hotel continuously smells of camphor because of the diffusers which is so holistic. It’s also a waste conscious hotel, so they work in accordance to it.

I had a really wonderful stay here. The atmosphere is extremely calm, peaceful, and truly luxurious perfect for a relaxing staycation. Every service was provided on time, and the staff was genuinely sweet, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. The food deserves a special mention absolutely top-notch and delicious. Overall, my experience was very comfortable and memorable. I would happily give this place a 5-star rating and would love to visit again.

I booked this hotel for 1 day and it was just ok. Service was fine. They have to work on their rooms maintenance. Accessible room on 1st floor needs full renovation . Walls are thin. Anybody can hear anything behind the walls. Later we were offered another good room on top floor by receptionist which was far Nice. Restaurant food is delicious 5/5. Work on your rooms please

How is this even a 4-star hotel?I booked directly with the property and was required to pay in full at the time of booking. Honestly, if I hadn’t already paid, I would have checked out immediately.The rooms are spacious and overlook the river, but cleanliness was clearly lacking. The corridors had no A/C and constantly smelled unpleasant’later I discovered there’s a large dumping area right behind the hotel, which explains it.The walls are not soundproof at all. I had to call reception late at night because the room next door had their TV on at full volume. Another very frustrating issue was the room key’every single time we stepped out, it would stop working and we’d have to return to reception to get it reactivated.On a positive note, the rooftop restaurant served good food and breakfast was decent. The one genuinely impressive aspect of the stay was the guided tour to Triveni Ghat for the Ganga Aarti. It’s a short walk from the hotel and very well organised.Overall, aside from the Aarti tour and the rooftop dining, the hotel fell far below 4-star standards.
