I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Fortune Inn by ASPL. I visited the hotel personally to book a room, but the manager’s behavior was extremely rude. He acted as if I was asking for a free room and not willing to pay.I requested several times to see the room, and only after repeatedly asking did he finally show it. Even then, he was very arrogant, not ready to listen, and kept trying to end the conversation by saying, ’Kahi aur dekh lo, yaha mehnga hi milta hai.’I was fully ready to pay, but the attitude and disrespectful behavior were completely unacceptable.Overall, a third-class experience. Definitely not recommended.

The location is good and accessible but the AC was not running. I called the receptionist who was responding when required but the service boys were useless and had attitude. They had done nothing during the day to check whether things are working or not and the new room that I was offered, there again the AC did not work. Room was very warm and had to sleep in that.Very bad and wouldn't suggest

Hotel running without sign board local person not aware about it not easily approachable services are third class dental kit sewing kit not available and Pathetic ! Unmaintained, dirty rooms with burnt holes on bedsheets, linens, pillows, tables and where not. Service was limited and delayed, It was very bad experience. Room was full of mosquitoes as well as bad smell from blankets. Room service didn't responded to any of the queries please guys don’t come to this place totally west of money and staff behaviour to rood.

Extremely Disappointing Experience ’ Not RecommendedI had a deeply unpleasant stay at this hotel. Despite confirming the availability of an in-house kitchen, they served us stale, roadside-quality food after we placed our dinner order. When I raised concerns about the food, the staff responded rudely, questioning why we ate it if it wasn’t good. To make matters worse, they charged ’1000 for the meal, despite its compromised quality and hygiene. We had to leave some of the food untouched.The dinner took nearly two hours to arrive, and the overall service was shockingly poor. I decided to check out immediately after this incident due to the unacceptable treatment and lack of professionalism. The staff was not only untrained but also disrespectful, unethical, and completely lacking basic courtesy.No refund was offered, and the entire experience felt like a deliberate act of negligence. I strongly advise others to avoid this hotel if they value decent service, hygiene, and respectful treatment. No guest deserves such a distressing and unethical experience.
