The reception staff is exceptional, being accommodative and pro-active, but the restaurant staff is just the opposite and somewhat lethargic. Most items on Menu are unavailable so meal planning needs to be communicated in advance. The hotel location is great, Signature rooms have Ganga view though it's a 400 mtr walk to Har Ki Pauri, travel within city and to Rishikesh etc. is easily arranged through front desk. ACs, tea makers, geysers etc. work flawlessly with 24X7 supply of water and electricity. One of our rooms though had a saggy mattress. Another time, a painting fell off its hook. But that was a chance incident. Hotel is well-maintained and super clean with sturdy and new furniture made of actual wood, not plywood. One look at dilapidated properties near it indicate how high its quality is for its price and location. Recommended for families and big groups.
They gave us room on minus one floor with no windows. Lack of transparency.Overly priced on Agoda but decent pricing offered when you book it direct.
Staff was very responsive and helpful, we enjoyed our time at the hotel
