Overpriced rooms which are not clean, dust everywhere. Towels & bedsheets are dirty instead of white. Food was oily & I couldn’t order breakfast via room service even though I had my elderly mother with me. I was never told about food options even though I had paid for 2 meals/day. The day I checked out I was told by the waiter who laughed that I had to pay for lunch because I had just returned my room key. Total ripe off & shabby hotel. Won’t recommend anyone to stay here.

So my Ginger ( Taj Group Hotels ) stay was a disaster. ’’We walked in at 11 PM and the lobby was empty!Literally had to go find the staff who were chilling in a back room. Then the room only had one towel? For two people? The guard was no help, the desk guys were clueless... all for ’7000. Seriously, not worth it at all.

We have stayed at Ginger Hotel City Center for two weeks. Food was excellent but what mattered most for us was that the housekeeping was exceptional. Our room was spotless and the attention to detail was remarkable. Mr. Arif and other housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient, always ensuring our room was perfectly tidy and refreshed. It made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable.

The overall experience at this place was quite good. It's located in a prime spot, right next to the metro station, which makes it very convenient for commuting. The staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay, and the check-in process was smooth.The breakfast spread was impressive, with a mix of good and healthy options to choose from. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the room service was prompt and efficient. I had requested a two-hour extension for checkout, and the staff were accommodating, which added to the positive experience.While the room was slightly smaller than expected for the price, it was comfortable and served my purpose well. One area of improvement could be the ironing facility ’ it was located in a common area rather than inside the room, which was slightly inconvenient.Overall, a pleasant stay with courteous staff, good amenities, and a location that’s hard to beat. Would consider staying here again.
