It is lower hotel at high price. Property is quite old and corridors of hotel is like bhulbhulaiya. One can lost his room location in hotel. We were alloted room with broken furniture outside of window. Bathroom needs to improve in hygiene. Staff and manager are not supportive in nature. Manager was quite rood by nature with customers among our group. So please don't stay in this hotel to ruin your holidays. Their restaurant was on 2 floor down as elders find it hard.

Hotel location is very nice with beautiful Kanchenjunga view from room. Hotel staff are really nice n very polite with good service. Special mention of Srijana rai n Avinagiri for their outstanding, exceptional n memorable service. they r really n asset to the hotel. All the very best to the whole team of Golden sunrise n spa

A lower end hotel with dusty look and limited amenities. First problem is parking of your vehicle to get luggage out, they have very limited parking space which caused us some trouble as we had 2 large SUVs. We had to take our luggage and carry it for some time. Then the structure of hotel is such that all the rooms are at lower level than the reception, so we have to walk a lot and through maze like structure to reach our room. The cleanliness of property is average with lot of room for improvement. Rooms are dirty and beds are smelly. We requested room heaters which were charged 300 per room per night. There are no fans or ACs in the room so he prepared for suffocating experience. Food was of okay quality although eating places should be cleaner. The lady at the restaurant was helpful and the guy at counter is budding singer.
