Hotel Dooars Mountain

As the room are expensive as per the room design and quality however stay was good and I only recommend that the charges is higher side if you are looking for a room for two person you have to spent minimum 3000 which is not fare for 6 hour night as the hotel is in midcitu hence it is benefial other then this hotel has less parking space or not parking you have to park you vehicle outside of there parking space 2 cars full inside (these two space is also fill after hotel closes that is about 11 pm only)

Hotel Douars Mountain, a 3-star hotel located in the heart of the city. The central location is definitely its strongest point ’ with shops, cafes all within walking distance, it’s easy to explore the area without needing transport. Yes the Station is a little far form this place , but I think it's worth to travel about 1 mile because I don't think that I would have found better place to stay , better then thin . it's worth the price .

I was thoroughly disappointed with the service at Dooars Mountain Restaurant, particularly with the staff member named "Rajesh" at the reception. On my friend's birthday, we visited the restaurant expecting a pleasant dining experience. However, Rajesh's attitude completely ruined it.When I politely asked him to change the song playing in the background, he responded rudely without even acknowledging me. He didn't bother to look up from the computer screen and curtly said "no." The lack of courtesy and professionalism was shocking.Given the circumstances, I expected a more understanding and accommodating response from Rajesh. Instead, his behavior was completely unacceptable. It's unfortunate that someone with such a poor attitude is representing the restaurant.I would advise the management to take note of this incident and provide better training to their staff on customer service and communication. Until then, I would not recommend visiting this restaurant.- Service: 1/5- Ambiance: 3/5Recommendation: Improve staff training and customer service to ensure a pleasant dining experience for customers.

Good service, clean but old rooms need to be renovated.New rooms are good.

Very good hotel for lodging , foods and bar facilities available.
