Extremely Disappointing Stay ’ Would Not RecommendOur recent 4-night stay at this hotel, during which we booked 5 rooms, was unfortunately a highly unpleasant experience. The following issues were consistently observed across all the rooms, and despite raising concerns, there was little to no improvement during our stay:1. Unclean and Damaged Linens ’ Bedsheets were stained (including food and what appeared to be blood stains), with some sheets even torn.2. Poor Bathroom Hygiene ’ Bathrooms were not cleaned properly and lacked basic sanitation.3. Dusty Interiors ’ Curtains, cushion covers, furniture, and room surfaces were visibly dusty and hadn't been cleaned in a long time.4. Maintenance Issues ’ Walls had multiple dents and peeling plaster, giving a rundown feel.5. General Hygiene Concerns ’ Surfaces were grimy and not sanitized.6. Safety Hazards ’ Mirrors were improperly fastened and posed a risk of falling.7. Substandard Room Service ’ Staff were unprofessional and unresponsive.8. Food Quality ’ Meals served were often undercooked and unhygienic.9. Faulty Elevators ’ Lifts got stuck midway multiple times, which was alarming.10. Plumbing Problems ’ Clogged drains and malfunctioning flush systems created major inconvenience.11. Unpleasant Odor ’ Persistent bad smells in rooms made the stay uncomfortable.12. Air Conditioning Issues ’ Despite booking AC rooms, some rooms did not have functional air conditioning.13. Room Mismatch ’ We were given 2 smaller rooms than the rooms we had booked initially.14. Inconsistent Housekeeping ’ Cleaning services were irregular, and requests were ignored.15. Unhygienic Laundry Handling ’ Washed laundry was stored inappropriately in unsanitary areas.16. Lack of Basic Amenities ’ One of the rooms did not have a geyser.17. No/Faulty Bathroom Exhausts ’ Absence of exhaust fans resulted in lingering foul smells.Overall, the stay was extremely disappointing, and the conditions were far below acceptable standards for any hotel.I sincerely hope the management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements, as the current state is unacceptable to host guests who spend huge amount of money to spend their holidays in Kashmir.

Rooms are spacious and good but the food quality is not good also the staff are not supportable. Recently on 22nd march we stayed in this hotel and next day we have flight at 9,0 clock we asked the staff for breakfast at 7 they refused we asked whatever is possible u provide that because we have child with us but they refused and in thr morning when we called reception for our luggage no body was available in reception and we have to bring our luggage with own self.
