Hotel Laxmi Empire

Had a wonderful experience at Hotel Laxmi Empire. Clean rooms, good maintenance, and professional staff. Everything was well-managed, and the service was prompt. You can really feel the difference in hospitality here. Definitely one of the best stays during my Goa trip.

The hotel location is near to railway station but dear tourists kindly note that this hotel is situated in an odd way.... but still staying here is worth? absolutely not. You can get really better place to stay.The reason :-This hotel has shown in all their advertisement that they have a pure veg hotel. One of our primary reason to book this hotel. But extreme disappoint that they don't have a pure veg hotel. They serve same as other mixed hotels. No issues serving like that, but why to market your hotel with false information?? This itself shows how poor their hospitality is.I was so surprised to see the response of hotel management team when I asked about this. They just replied we don't have any solution, if you want check out and go to some other property. The behavior was extreme rude, especially by the restaurant manager.You will not find any attractions near by. So nothing to prefer by tourist.POOR EXPERIENCE

Hotel is very good. Dine in area, Tasty food, quick service and hotel support. Recommended to stay.Only on thing which they need to do ’. Pesticide work. I have seen Small size cockroach in room and reception sitting area, they need to do pesticide work’ rest all good.

*LARGE GROUPS BOOKING PLEASE READ*We had organised a wedding from 22-01-2026 to 23-01-2026 in this hotel and booked 42 rooms here.Our experience here was disappointing :1. On day 1 - rooms were committed to us by 12 pm however GUESTS WERE NOT ALLOTED ROOMS TILL 2:30 PM.2. we had discussed early on for breakfast on day 1 as guests arrived by train at 9 am. THEY REMOVED THE BREAKFAST WHILE PEOPLE WERE EATING. we had to argue for food.3. They had told us that they will provide lockers for valuables NO ROOMS HAD WORKING LOCKERS.4. Guest forgot valuable jewellery which they claimed was retrieved by relative only later to be found in reception drawer. We had to go and check CCTV for the same.5. Pool was totally dry.6. To do anything like room allotment or any basic ask in the planning stage ( before event ) multiple follow ups are required - No single spoc to take ownership and get it done.7. For Haldi function we had discussed with them for hall; which was provided- THEY DENIED TO CLEAN IT SAYING IT’S THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE DECORATOR.Rooms are clean and fine ; Food is decent in taste ; though limited options in breakfast ; BUT THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR LARGE GROUPS DUE TO MISMANAGEMENT OF MR KALIDAS.Request owners and management to take a good long look at the way it’s functioning currently.
