Today we went to their reception and the guy sitting at the reception named Surinder Sharma was very rude towards us as he refused to give us the room because we aren’t married even though we told him we are 30+ nd asked him to take our ids.. we are from Canada ..still he denied to give the room..he asked us to booked two rooms.which isn’t even acceptable..even according to India law adults aren’t restricted for anything they can booked the room wherever they want ..it was our frst experience with them which was worst..so we are totally disappointed from the staff ..he didn’t even treated us well..we aren’t gonna visit there ever..

Poor service by Hotel staff.Charges extra service charge. Before booking their was so many promise but later on everything is fail.I suggest not to book that hotel.
