Good,but difficult for new comer
I had a very bad experience at Hotel Sun Palace. I booked the room through Agoda and completed the payment online in advance. However, when I reached the hotel, the staff and manager refused to provide me the room. They said that they do not receive Agoda payments properly and questioned why I booked online.They clearly told me that they could not provide the room at the booked rate. I had to argue with them for almost one hour while standing at the hotel after a long journey. Finally, they agreed to give me the room only after taking extra money from me, even though my booking was already prepaid.This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers trust Agoda for confirmed bookings, but experiences like this create a very negative impression of Agoda in front of travelers. I faced unnecessary stress, harassment, and financial loss because of the hotel staff.The hotel service was very poor, and I strongly request Agoda to take strict action against this property and consider blacklisting it to prevent other travelers from facing the same problem.After this experience, I honestly do not feel confident booking through Agoda again.
