Hotel Royal Milad

I was originally supposed to stay at this hotel for four nights but ended up staying only one night. The hotel is located in a prime area right in the city centre, making it very convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and accessing nearby attractions.The staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to help. Their hospitality was one of the highlights of the stay. The food was also quite good, with a decent variety of options available for both breakfast and dinner.However, the biggest drawback was the condition of the rooms and bathrooms. While functional, they felt quite small and fell short in terms of cleanliness and overall hygiene. The property appears dated and is in need of significant renovation and upgrades to meet modern hospitality standards.Overall, the hotel has a great location, helpful staff, and good food, but the management should seriously consider renovating the rooms and improving cleanliness standards. With some much-needed upgrades, this property could offer a far better guest experience.

Absolutely zero star and cheap quality hotel’rooms are really disgusting ’’?washroom/bathroom are not at all clean and unhygienic ’no hot water available when you need’no TV working, no recharge’ hotel room wasn’t cleaned at all when we revisited room next day’when asked for a water, no room service’ so many problems’Even if someone recommends me here to stay for free I would prefer staying on street than in this hotel’Basid was the manager, very unprofessional

Not very happy about the stay there. First of all, it is very old and it badly needs renovation. The staff couldn't understand what we were asking for. When we ordered something, sometimes it took ages for it to arrive. We could not go for a morning walk as the front gate was unlocked only at 8. The complimentary breakfast was also not very good. For a hotel that demands so much as rent, several more features are to be provided.
