We stayed here for one night and it was a highly disappointing experience. For the price charged, the hotel fails to provide even the most basic amenities. There was no bath soap available in the room. When I realized this at 6:00 AM, there was absolutely no staff available to assist or provide basic room service. If a hotel cannot manage basic essentials and early morning front-desk support, it is simply not value for money. Would not recommend.

We recently stayed at this hotel and was disappointed by several aspects of the experience. The overall quality did not meet expectations: the food and room service were both substandard. Additionally, I found the staff’s attitude to be unhelpful and, at times, argumentative. When I raised legitimate concerns, they were unwilling to listen and often insisted the issue stemmed from the online booking platform rather than taking responsibility or offering solutions.
