I booked an AC Deluxe Room from 27/05/2026 to 28/05/2026. Unfortunately, my experience was unsatisfactory.The room linens were not clean, and the room service was poor, requiring repeated reminders for basic requests.I also found that the food prices charged at the restaurant were higher than those listed on the menu card in the room.Although I paid all charges, including the food bill, before checkout, I received a call the next day asking me to pay again, indicating poor coordination among the staff.Overall, the cleanliness issues, poor service, billing discrepancy, and record-keeping problems made my stay unpleasant. I hope the management addresses these concerns and improves its service.
I had a very bad experience i booked a room at this hotel for 3 members but somewhere it got booked for only 1 adult which was overlooked by meand for this just for 6 hour stay in the night I was forced to pay double the amount of my room booking charges the staff were not even in position to discuss on the hike they insisted finally I paid the amount which was at twice the charge at which I booked to get one room allotted where the AC did not work properly we had to adjust as a non ac room and vacated in the morning I strongly recommend to think twice before entering this hotel
