Itsy Hotels Jammabane Cottage, 5 Minutes To Mountain View Coffee Plantation

We booked this hotel last week seeing the reviews. We were disappointed. Although planned for a staycation, we were forced to escape from the room and roam around coorg.First of all the room has zero privacy. There is a glass door in front of the room which has full visibility of the room. Curtains needed to be clipped together for getting basic privacy. When we asked for clip they didn't even mind getting that.Room is not at all sound proof. And there will be snails and spiders giving you companyThe bedsheets were dirty which when we asked they said they couldn't replaceAbout the caretaker, he knows only kannada. As a person who speaks Malayalam Tamil Hindi and English, I couldn't make him understand some of the things we told.The location is so far from the city.When they charged us 4500 per day for a single room atleast one of the things should have been better.

I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. It was a complete waste of money and easily the worst hospitality experience I’ve had.The Issues:Extortionate Pricing: The staff is essentially looting guests. A guy named Manju is the primary culprit—he charges ridiculous amounts for basic necessities. For example, I was charged 200 for a single cup of tea.Lack of Basic Facilities: There is no kitchen and no restaurant on-site. Getting food is a massive struggle and highly inconvenient.Poor Management: The hotel manager is permanently "unavailable." There is no one to address grievances or handle complaints, leaving guests at the mercy of the staff’s whims.Subpar Rooms: The rooms are incredibly cramped and offer zero privacy. You can hear everything, and it feels very uncomfortable.Zero Value for Money: The facilities are nowhere near worth the price. For the amount they charge, you can easily find a high-quality homestay in the area that includes both breakfast and dinner.Final Verdict:Do not stay here. It is a trap designed to extract as much money from you as possible while providing the bare minimum in return. They have restrictions for quite lot of facilities, they ask for extra charge for everything.The breakfast is very limited and less, if you want even an extra piece, they'll charge for that.No extra beds available and they have fine had to be paid for any mistakes.No concessions on anything.It is not really as shown in the pictures.Staff lie about the occupancy

All people or friendly and well mature and to be honest. They can full fill all your requirement.. well done. Keep rocking..The stay was pleasant and truly enjoyable; the room offered a mesmerising view, and the rooms were impeccably maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, warm, and welcoming, even handling our late’night arrival with cheerful efficiency. The manager and team were professional, courteous, and well’educated, ensuring every service promised on the booking site was delivered.Note. I have offered some drinks to manager and for room service boy due to they are so sweet and supportive. So i liked their way of taking. I personally offered some to booz and pls don't share some fake new about them @Nishel melita moras.
