Front desk manager is hopeless .. No lift .no office boy to bring luggage from car to room , . no reserved car parking as advertised .. seepage all over the walls of the rooms .., fan makes lot of Tik tik noise and unable to sleep , AC doesn’t work and no no response from front desk complimentary breakfast NOT provided as a part of the booking , better to avoid this hotel

I'm really disappointed with this stay (property+service) because of what I have faced today ( October,2025)’’.I had booked the room for 2 adults, but when I arrived, they insisted it was booked for just 1 adult’even though I had called the reception a day earlier and clearly informed them about the number of guests. Despite that, they still demanded an extra ’400, while the actual price difference was only ’150. Even I denied breakfast. We became very stressed and frustrated.This was extremely irresponsible and unprofessional ’’’. The whole incident ruined my trip and left me frustrated from the start.And if that wasn’t enough, here are even more cons of this property below’1. You will get 20rs worth breakfast (2 idly , not hot arrived at 8.45)’’2. Dirty walls’3. Hairy and stained bed ’4. Unhygienic floor’5. Wet mats’6. Bad odour’7. No lifts ’8. No AC and Fan won't work ( complaint raised no action)’9. No parking (have to park in public place)’10. 1/2 staffs (sometimes nobody)’11. No towel and toilet papers12. No toiletries ’13. Late breakfast (at 8.30 so you have to wait and can't go anywhere)’13. You will get only 2 idly +1 vada as breakfast and you shouldn't not ask one more...’’(Even though they mentioned 2 main course) ’So you will not get what you see and expect from pics posted online ’’.My husband and I came for what was supposed to be a dreamy trip ’ it turned into a nightmare ’’. Our whole mood collapsed; what should have been a relaxing getaway was ruined by their careless handling and the unnecessary extra charge. Please think carefully and choose wisely ’ this is a huge red flag. For the same amount they charged you will get far better stays ’’This is an honest, genuine review so others don’t face the same disappointment.
